Every new cash-on-delivery order gets a WhatsApp message from your store with Confirm and Cancel buttons, in English or Urdu. Confirmed orders are tagged; cancelled ones are cancelled and their stock put back; customers who don't answer get a reminder, then land on your call list. Send from Eekaam's number with credits, or free from Eekaam with your own WhatsApp Business number or your Twilio account.
